Camron & Aston's Proposal | Colorado Springs, Colorado

I first met Aston when we were in Junior High together.

We were in different grades, so we didn't become close friends until we worked a retail job together before I started doing Photography full-time. We got super close working together and have been good friends since!

Camron & Aston met online and clicked immediately on their first date eating pizza and playing games at a local arcade. They were drawn to each other right away, and as Aston's friend, I could tell that this was something serious.

I was SO excited when Camron reached out to me via email to tell me he was going to propose on their trip to Colorado and that he wanted me there to capture it. I immediately said yes, and we got to planning.

I knew about the Proposal months before it happened, and I remember being so nervous that I was going to ruin the surprise. Aston and I would talk on the phone, and she would tell me how she thought Camron was going to propose soon.

I remember that I quit talking to her on the phone as much because I was so nervous about it!

Aston told me afterwards that she had noticed and wondered what was going on lol!

The day for the proposal was here.

I flew in that morning and quickly drove to the spot Camron & I had planned on to check it out beforehand.

The plan was for him to propose the next day, but he just couldn't wait!

I sent Camron a video of where I was thinking would be best for him to get down on one knee and where I would be hiding when they were walking up. Camron kept on having to go to the bathroom to hide from Aston and watch the videos and reply to me lol!

We were all so nervous as they walked up to the overlook.

Aston had a feeling something was going on since Camron seemed so nervous at dinner beforehand, and I was just afraid they were going to see me behind the random bush I was crouched behind lol!

I came out of hiding once he was down on one knee, and her reaction to the proposal, the ring, and Camron flying me out to be there was so priceless.

Once they took a minute to let everything sink in, we did a few posed portraits to remember the day.

We told Aston how everything came to be. Camron couldn't stop shaking because of all the nerves that built up, but as soon as he got down on one knee, all he saw was Aston.

I remember telling her after, "That man lovesss you".

He couldn't stop holding her and looking at her.
